He has extensive architectural industry knowledge and experience. Matt is an Autodesk Certified Instructor and a Certified Product Support Professional. Lara Rene Dunks leads the IT4CAD initiative at Enceptia. Lara has extensive business management experience and a strong understanding of what makes business efficient and profitable. She previously worked at various building product manufacturers and for an MEP contractor. Lara has been with Enceptia since 2008 and has effectively managed our internal IT needs while directly supporting other IT firms as well. She is Certified in Standards-based Software Asset Management and has helped many of our clients with their software asset management needs.
Ron Geyer has over twenty years experience in the design and construction industries and is a member of our application development team. Ron came to our attention in 2004 with his innovative and skilled use of Revit Architecture for custom home design. He later impressed us with a sophisticated custom family that pushed the limits of what Revit was capable of at the time. Ron previously worked for a general contractor that emphasized the use of innovative materials and methods for building in highly sensitive ecological environments. He has authored numerous AutoCAD, Fabrication and Revit applications, including the highly rated D|C|Tools and ModelMedic apps for Revit.
Scott Hendricks heads up our technical services delivery for the Autodesk Fabrication Solutions. He is an experienced instructor and implementation expert for Autodesk CADmep, ESTmep and CAMduct. His skills also extend to application development and customization of the Autodesk Fabrication Solutions and he is the author of the Enceptia Configuration Pack for the US market which enhances the use of the Autodesk Fabrication products with Imperial standards. Scott also creates courseware and video training for the Fabrication products. Gabe Hernandez joined us in 2006 as a Technical Advisor for the building design products. He specializes in the architectural and MEP products and provides training, implementation and product support services to Enceptia’s clients. Gabe has expertise in designing and implementing BIM processes and workflows. He is an Autodesk Certified Instructor and a Certified Product Support Professional. He has also achieved Autodesk Technical Sales Professional status in multiple categories. Gabe previously worked for architectural firms and MEP consulting engineers. Gabe also achieved the Autodesk Level 5 Application Engineer status as a part of an intensive study and skills validation program.
Lyle Janda is a technical advisor at Enceptia for the Autodesk Fabrication products. He has extensive experiencing in installing, training and supporting CADmep, ESTmep, FABmep, CAMduct, Tracker and RemoteEntry. Lyle previously worked as a designer and drafter for an MEP contractor. He has contributed significantly towards the creation of the Enceptia Configuration pack for the US market and our courseware and training materials creation efforts. Lyle is also involved with Enceptia’s go-to-market strategy for a best known practices knowledgebase for the Autodesk Fabrication Solutions.

Bill Kilp has acquired over 25 years experience in the CAD and CAFM (computer-aided-facilities-management ) industry. In 1990, he founded a consulting firm which provided CAD and space planning services to the facilities management industry. Bill founded faciliCAD in 2001 as a software development company specializing in CAFM software and consulting. He presented at Autodesk University for five consecutive years and has authored several influential whitepapers on CAFM. Enceptia became the majority stakeholder in faciliCAD in 2011 and Bill joined the Enceptia team. As the VP of CAFM Software Development and Consulting Services at Enceptia, Bill is responsible for computer-aided-facilities-management software implementation, training, project management and technical support.
Dave Morse is a technical advisor with over 22 years of solid experience providing consulting, training, technical support and product support for the manufacturing, architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines. In his previous employment, he managed multiple manufacturing and architectural design projects and was an accomplished Adjunct Professor teaching CAD applications. Garrett Tice is an Enceptia technical advisor specializing in the Autodesk Fabrication Solutions. He has extensive experience installing, configuring and supporting CADmep, ESTmep, FABmep, CAMduct, Tracker and RemoteEntry. Garrett has unique skills and experience installing and configuring CAMduct for various manufacturing equipment. His CAMduct support experiences include troubleshooting plasma table errors, diagnosing decoiler ( Coil Line) errors, and solving equipment communications errors.
